Worldwide Beta Test Demo "Leave Your Inazuma Mark on the World!" Statement Regarding Translation Changes in the Demo

To better align translations with the game's world and story, after careful consideration, we have decided to change some of the translations previously used in the game series and related animated works in the demo version.

For example:

・シュウ
Regarding the change of the traditional and simplified Chinese names for シュウ from kanji "修" to "周," taking into account the true identity of the character and the kanji image set during character design, we decided that "周," which symbolizes the cycle of life and rebirth, is more suitable than "修," leading to the change in the name.
・イリュージョンボール
Regarding the change of the English name for イリュージョンボール from "Illusion Ball" to "Illusory Ball," it was decided that an adjective + noun format is more appropriate than the existing noun + noun format, leading to the change in the name.

We will continue to strive to improve and enhance the quality of our translations across all languages, so as to better convey the world of the game and the charm of its characters to all fans of "Inazuma Eleven." We appreciate the understanding and support of all our players. Thank you!
