Sometimes, the game is stuck on "Transmitting" during Compete Online or Cross Save

On certain platforms, there are instances where Compete Online or Cross Save does not progress beyond the "Transmitting" screen.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue, but in the meantime, please try the following solutions as they may resolve the problem.

Method 1: Set the correct time on your console

If the time set on your console is significantly different from the actual time, transmission may fail.

Please set your console's time to the correct current time.

Method 2: Update the "Epic Games Launcher" to the latest version (Steam version only)

In the Steam version, Compete Online or Cross Save may not function properly if you have an outdated version of the "Epic Games Launcher" installed.

Please update the "Epic Games Launcher" to the latest version and then start the game.
