Guidelines for User-Organized Tournaments

In order to further enhance everyone's enjoyment of the online elements of INAZUMA ELEVEN: Victory Road Worldwide Beta Test Demo, "Leave Your Inazuma Mark on the World!" (henceforth to be referred to as "this game" or "the game"), we have decided to welcome tournaments held by individuals (henceforth to be referred to as "user-organized tournaments").

We request that all those holding a user-organized tournament provide a safe environment in which players can enjoy themselves while adhering to the following guidelines.

Guidelines for User-Organized Tournaments
  1. 1. A user-organized tournament may be held without seeking permission from our company.
  2. 2. The organizer is permitted to use the following in the announcement, recruitment, organization, and holding of the tournament:
    • *We do not grant permission for the usage of our copyrighted materials (illustrations, music, etc.) or trademarks (company name and company logo) other than those listed above.
  3. 3. A user-organized tournament must be clearly labeled as an unofficial tournament. Please refrain from making misleading statements that could lead to misunderstandings about the tournament being official in any capacity.
  4. 4. The organizer of a user-organized tournament is allowed to offer prizes to the participants. However, please refrain from offering cash, money certificates, digital or crypto currency, or other monetary rewards of similar nature.
  5. 5. All user-organized tournaments must be non-profit. Please refrain from holding tournaments for commercial purposes or collecting a participation fee from participants.
  6. 6. Please refrain from holding offline tournaments with an unspecified number of participants. Of course, getting together to play the game with friends or acquaintances is not an issue.
  7. 7. Tournament organizers are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations when holding a tournament.
  8. 8. Gameplay footage from user-sponsored tournaments may be distributed and posted per usual provided it complies with this game's "Guidelines for Posting Videos and Still Images."
Important Notes
  1. 1. We reserve the right to cancel any user-organized tournament that we deem inappropriate.
  2. 2. We cannot be held responsible for any trouble arising from or occurring at user-organized tournaments.
  3. 3. Please understand that we cannot respond to individual inquiries related to user-organized tournaments.
  4. 4. These guidelines may be changed or revoked without prior notice. Please check the latest version of the guidelines before holding a user-organized tournament.
  5. 5. If you are a company or other organization wishing to make use of this game in a tournament, please contact us through the contact form on our website.
