We have identified an issue in ver. 7.1.0 for the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition/Nintendo Switch and ver. 7.1.1 for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox, and Steam, released on July 23, where players within certain ranking brackets are able to claim their Victory Road Beta tournament rewards multiple times.
This issue will be addressed in an upcoming update. As part of the fix, any tournament rewards already claimed by affected players will first be removed, after which the correct number of rewards will be made available to claim again.
Please note that rewards obtained from the Choose-a-Reward Crate are also subject to this adjustment.
