We have identified an issue affecting Ranked Matches and Lobby Matches that prevents story progression.
When a player who has not completed Story Mode plays a Ranked or Lobby Match against someone who has, they may unintentionally obtain main characters from South Cirrus. This can cause the game to treat them as already recruited, preventing story progression.
We are currently working on a fix and aim to resolve this issue as fast as we can.
Until the fix is live, we kindly ask that players who have yet to complete Story Mode refrain from playing Ranked Matches and Lobby Matches to avoid encountering this issue.
For players whose progression has already been affected, rest assured that once the fix is applied, you will be able to continue Story Mode progression as intended.
We will issue a notification on X and our official website once the fix has been rolled out.
