All applicants (hereinafter referred to as "Participants") to the Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road – Capture the moment! #InazumaBestSnapshot Campaign (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign"), organized by LEVEL5 Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), must carefully read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions before submitting an entry.
By submitting an entry, Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

• *The Best Snapshot Award winners will be selected through a careful review of all eligible entries.
  We'll announce the winners on the official website and social media channels.
• *We'll contact all winners, whether for the Best Snapshot Award or the Participation Prize, via DM from the official X account @InazumaSeries.
  Please note that we will contact and respond in Japanese or English.

How to Participate

• ・Follow the official Inazuma Eleven X account @InazumaSeries, attach a snapshot that fits the theme of this campaign, and post it on X with your photo's title and the hashtags #InazumaBestShot and #InazumaEleven to complete your entry.
  • *Only screenshots taken within the game Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road are eligible. You can submit images captured using the in-game photo feature or your platform's share function. However, any images created or edited with external tools (such as game mods, altered game data, or generative AI) will not be considered.
  • *Please avoid posting screenshots that reveal major plot spoilers from the game.

Important Notes

• ・Participants may submit multiple entries; however, each person may use only one X account. Only one entry may be submitted per post.
• ・Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By submitting an entry, it is assumed that such consent has been obtained.
• ・Please note that the right to receive a prize will be forfeited in the following cases:
  • - If the Company is unable to contact the Participant via the official X account @InazumaSeries regarding the prize
  • - If the Participant does not respond by the deadline specified in the prize notification
  • - If the prize cannot be delivered due to an unclear address, a change of address, or any other reason preventing delivery
  • *Once forfeited, the Participant permanently waives any right to claim the prize.
• ・Prize corrections, exchanges, or returns cannot be accommodated.
• ・Participants are prohibited from transferring, selling for cash, or listing the prize, or the right to receive it, on online auctions or similar platforms.
• ・Participants enter this Campaign at their own risk and expense. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred in connection with the Campaign (including, but not limited to, those resulting from changes, interruptions, or cancellations).
• ・Except for contacting prize winners, the Company will not contact Participants individually regarding this Campaign. In addition, inquiries regarding the screening process, selection status, or results will not be addressed.
• ・The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate this Campaign without prior notice to Participants if it is deemed necessary.
• ・In the event that these Terms and Conditions are amended, the revised terms shall take effect immediately.
• ・This Campaign is conducted independently by the Company and is not affiliated with X Corp. in any way.

Copyright

• ・All copyrights and any other rights related to submitted works (including, but not limited to, the rights provided under Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act) shall be transferred to the Company free of charge. Participants shall not exercise or assert any moral rights of authorship in relation to their submitted works against the Company or any third party designated by the Company.
• ・Submitted works may be used, regardless of whether they receive an award, on the official website, official social media accounts, promotional materials, or other media of the Inazuma Eleven series. By submitting an entry, Participants are deemed to have consented to such use.
• ・In the event that the Company uses a submitted work, the Company may adjust, adapt, or modify the image as necessary without prior notice to the Participant.

Personal Information

• ・Personal information provided by Participants and winners will be used solely for the purposes of contacting winners and delivering prizes, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes. The Company will exercise the utmost care in securely handling and managing all personal information.
• ・In connection with the shipment of prizes, the Company may entrust the handling of personal information to third-party service providers.
• ・For details regarding the handling of personal information, please refer to the LEVEL5 Inc. Privacy Policy, provided separately by the Company.
• ・By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Participants are also deemed to have agreed to the Company's Privacy Policy.
